4Js Molding Exchange Program -

You can exchange moldings for any of the following reasons:

You have purchased a 4Js kit and the molding is the wrong size, and your local dealer does not stock the size you need.

You have purchased a 4Js kit and decided that you like the design of the other style of molding listed on the back of the box.

You have a post that is not the same type of wood as the kits the dealer sells.
Please check our list of woods - Standard Woods or Premium Woods.

How it works:

The moldings that you exchanges must be "as new" and in resalable condition.

Step 1-
Package your moldings sandwiched between 2 pieces of cardboard or equivalent packing materials to protect them during shipping.

Step 2 -
Enclose a letter or note telling us what you need (i.e.: what length, what style, what wood type). Please note that there will be a $2.00 additional charge for premium woods if you are trading up from standard woods.

Step 3 -
Enclose a return shipping address, return postage, and a $2.00 handling fee. If you are sending more than one set of moldings back, include the same amount of postage that it takes to send them to us and the $2.00 handling fee.

Step 4 -
Ship to us at:

We will send your new moldings back to you the same day that we receive them!
